Healthy Schools Award Last week, Green Park School were awarded National Healthy School’s Status, after being assessed by Sefton’s Healthy Schools Coordinators. There are four strands that make up the Healthy School’s Status which are:·    PSHE (Personal, Social, Health Education)·    Healthy Eating·    Physical Activity·    Emotional Health and Well Being On Tuesday 20th March we had a very important meeting where our School Council Representatives were asked lots of difficult questions about each of the above areas. They had to explain what we do at Green Park, how things have changed and how pupils had been affected by the changes. I must say, that the pupils were tremendous and it was lovely to listen to some of the wonderful things they said about our school. The next day, the Mayor and Mayoress of Sefton came along to a special assembly where Mr Hewer informed the children about the award. It was a lovely celebration.  Well done to everybody (pupils and staff) for their contributions to this award. Â
